During the UDHA Annual Session, awards are given out to amazing dental hygienists and friends of the profession. Today, nominations are open! We will be taking nominations until August 15th, and winners will be contacted sometime between August 16-September 15.
Awards being given out this year:
Friend of the Profession (does not need to be a dental hygienist)
Anyone who has been supporting our profession, from a dentist to a public member of the community
Outstanding Leadership
This RDH could be from our profession association leadership, or someone who shows leadership in their office, community, group, etc.
Educator of the Year
An amazing educator that deserves the recognition for all the behind the scenes work.
Outstanding Clinician
Know someone who has been working clinically to support their communities and patients, sometimes without thanks? This is the award for them.
Lifetime Achievement
A professional who has given time, dedication and love to our profession for over 20 years.
